Job Description
Due to their continued success one of the UK’s largest independent building consultancies has an opportunity for a talented chartered Building Surveyor to join their busy Woking office to work with an experienced commercial surveying team on dilapidations, contract administration, pre-acquisition surveys, party wall matters and asset management, amongst other work. This work is conducted across a wide variety of sectors including office, retail, logistics, sporting, student, residential and higher education. You will be a commercially minded, enthusiastic individual with strong contract administration experience and the ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing. MRICS qualified with 1-2 years post qualification experience within a commercial consultancy used to generating fees and building successful client relationships. Commercially aware with the ability to deal independently with a busy and varied workload with a broad range of experience including Technical Due Diligence, Dilapidations, Contract and Project work.
